returns & exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. Any exchanges/returns after 14 days are not accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please send an email to contact@clou-dy.com.

If your return has been accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied back to your card within a few days.
